The marketing team for this condominium project in Fort Greene, Brooklyn created their branding around a “pop art” theme. We were asked to continue this theme into the model units.
We created the “Lichtenstein”, “Warhol” and “Haring” models, using primary pop colors in the Lichtenstein, mid-century modern furnishings in the Warhol, and an orange and bright color palette in the Haring. The prospective buyers loved the vibrant and playful look, and the building rapidly sold out, much to the satisfaction of our client.
