Time Equities hired us to design one of the model apartments in its new high-rise in downtown Manhattan, 50 West Street. World-renowned architect Helmut Jahn had designed the building, and Thomas Juul-Hansen its interiors. We knew we had to complement the aesthetic of these two visionaries, so we collaborated with B&B Italia, FLOS, and Pianca to create a space that was both inviting and sophisticated.

B&B Italia’s curved Arne sofa by Antonio Citterio was a perfect match for the curved window wall of the living room, and the sofa’s low profile preserved the amazing views. FLOS’s Aim pendant lighting was ideal for the flexibility we needed over the dining table. We used a fun gold giraffe wallpaper by Sissy & Marley for Jill Malek for the children’s room.
