This split-level loft with dramatic views of Miami’s Biscayne Bay in the Chad Oppenheim designed 10 Museum Park was bought by an NFL football player living the bachelor lifestyle. We were responsible not only for designing the space, but for serving as general contractor and supervising its build-out as well.
Our design vision was a masculine sensibility with comfort and entertaining in mind. We installed a Crestron home automated system, and included motorized curtains and solar shades throughout the unit. Other features included custom stained 8”-wide grey oak floors, a Franke stainless steel kitchen island, a “Tufti Time” sofa by Patricia Urquiola, a Minotti Sofa, Mies van der Rohe chaise lounge, custom slate walls, and a guest bathroom in screamingly vibrant red mosaic tile with stainless steel fixtures.
